Quick answer

Ecommerce store management services run the daily work of an online store: stock, listings, orders, customer messages, account health and reporting. Ecom Relays offers them for Amazon, Walmart and Shopify at two sizes: Store Care from $399 a month for new and small stores, and Ops Desk from $1,499 a month for brands selling $1M to $15M a year.

Start from where you are

Pick the line that describes your business today. Every path except Store Build begins with a free step, and you can stop after any step.

  • I have a product, no store.

Free Launch Readiness Check, then Account Setup $299, then Store Launch $999 to $1,499 per channel, then Store Care from $399 a month.

  • I sell, under $1M a year.

Free Launch Readiness Check, then Store Care at $399 or $699 a month, with add-ons as needed.

  • I want a team to research products, source them and run the store with me.

Free conversation with an ops lead, then Full Relay, our managed store service: $2,499 one-time plus a commission on results, or $1,499 onboarding plus a monthly retainer from $999. You approve every product, supplier, price and purchase.

  • I sell $1M to $15M a year.

Free Profit Leak Scan, then the 14-Day Ops Foundation at $1,500 or $2,500, then Ops Desk from $1,499 a month, then Relay Modules as needed.

  • I want named people who work only on my business.

Free conversation with an ops lead, then a Dedicated Ops Team: each person's salary at cost plus a $399 monthly management fee per person.

  • I want to add a channel.

Free Profit Leak Scan, then Channel Launch at the Store Launch price for that channel, then run it on your monthly plan.

  • I need a custom Shopify store.

A written scope, then Store Build from $4,999, then Store Care or a written handover.

Most new stores take months to find steady sales, and some never do. Inventory, platform fees, freight and ad spend are paid by you.

Services by problem

If you know the problem but not the service, start here. Each line links to the page that covers it.

Ecommerce store management services by channel

One named lead covers every channel you sell on. Each channel has its own page with its rules, fees and launch requirements.

  • Amazon: FBA inventory and fees, account health, listings and reimbursement claims.
  • Walmart: the eight seller performance standards, WFS and item setup.
  • Shopify: store operations, Shopify Flow automation and stock sync with the marketplaces.

How each service is priced

Most of our services are fixed, published fees. Full Relay and the Dedicated Ops Team are priced differently, and each is explained here.

  • Store Launch, Store Care, the 14-Day Ops Foundation, Ops Desk, Relay Modules and add-ons: fixed, published fees, never a percentage of your sales or ad spend. Ad management is a flat fee by spend band.
  • Full Relay: two ways to pay. The performance model is a $2,499 one-time service fee, then a commission on the store's results at a rate set in the written agreement before work starts. When your store sells, we earn. When it does not, you owe no commission. The retainer model is $1,499 onboarding, then a fixed monthly fee of $999, $1,999 or $3,999.
  • Dedicated Ops Team: each resource's salary passed through at cost and shown on every invoice, plus a $399 monthly management fee per resource.

On every service, platform fees, inventory, freight, apps and ad spend are paid by you directly. The Cost of Chaos calculator shows what running operations in-house costs you today.

What every service has in common

Some rules hold on every service, whatever you buy.

  • Every account, listing, workflow, dashboard and report stays in your name and your accounts.
  • A named lead, named in your proposal before you sign.
  • Named user access with multi-factor authentication, never your owner password.
  • On Store Care, Ops Desk and the Full Relay retainer, a first reply to your requests within 4 business hours, with a 10% credit in any month under 95%.
  • No promise of revenue, profit or rankings. We commit to process, in writing.

Who we are not for

  • We do not sell stores and we never promise income. We are not a store-for-sale program, and we never sell anyone a share of a store.
  • We are not a course or coaching program.
  • We are not an ad agency paid a share of your ad spend.
  • We do not rent out unmanaged VA seats by the hour. Dedicated Ops Team resources are supervised, measured against agreed KPIs and replaced at no extra fee.

What you can check before you buy

We are a new company, so we show the working parts instead of logos: the full price list and Offering Catalog (PDF), published contract terms, response standards with a 10% credit and a sample Profit Leak Scan report labeled as a sample. Questions

Questions owners ask

Talk to an ops lead (free)
How much do ecommerce store management services cost?

Store Care is $399 or $699 a month for new and small stores. Ops Desk is $1,499, $2,499 or from $4,499 a month for brands at $1M to $15M, after a one-time Foundation of $1,500 or $2,500. Launches start at $999 per channel. Platform fees, inventory and ad spend are yours.

Which service is right for my store?

Under $1M a year, Store Care. Between $1M and $15M, Ops Desk after the 14-Day Ops Foundation. No store yet, Store Launch, or Full Relay if you want us to research and source the product too. Named full-time people, Dedicated Ops Team. The free Scan or Readiness Check tells you in writing which fits.

Do you charge a percentage of sales or ad spend?

It depends on the service. Store Launch, Store Care, the Foundation, Ops Desk, Relay Modules and add-ons are fixed, published fees, never a percentage of sales or ad spend. Full Relay offers a performance model with a commission on the store's results, at a rate set in writing before work starts, or a fixed monthly retainer instead.

How long are your contracts?

Store Care, Ops Desk, Full Relay retainers and Dedicated Ops Team have a 3-month first term, then run month to month with 30 days' notice. Store Care and Ops Desk carry no exit fee. Launches, the Foundation and Relay Modules are one-time projects billed 50% at the start and 50% at go-live or acceptance.

Will we keep control of our store?

Yes. Every account stays in your name, and you approve prices, purchases, suppliers and budgets. If you leave, you get a written handover, our access is removed within 24 hours and your data is returned or deleted within 30 days.

Can you take over from our current agency or VA?

Yes. We start with a free Profit Leak Scan or Launch Readiness Check, then write a plan for the handover. We never ask for passwords: your current provider's access is replaced with named users, and each task is written down as we take it on.

Do you work on Amazon, Walmart and Shopify together?

Yes. One named lead covers every channel you sell on, with one stock count across them so the same unit is not sold twice. A new channel is added through Channel Launch, then runs on your monthly plan. Walmart asks for a history of marketplace or ecommerce selling, so it is often the second channel rather than the first.

Do you promise sales or rankings?

No. Nobody can honestly promise them. We commit to process standards in writing: response times with a credit, account-health warnings acted on the same business day, a weekly review and a monthly report, with the source and period on every number.
