Quick answer
Amazon store management services run the daily work of a store you own: account health, listings, inventory, buyer messages, reimbursement claims and reporting, while you approve prices, purchases and budgets. Ecom Relays does this on fixed, published monthly fees, from $399 a month for small stores and from $1,499 a month for brands selling $1M or more a year.
Which plan fits your Amazon store?
It depends on where you are today: starting out, selling under $1M a year or selling more than that. Each starting point has a free first step, and you can stop after any step.
| Starting on Amazon | Selling, under $1M a year | Selling $1M+ a year | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who | Founders with a real product and the budget for inventory, fees and ads | Small and growing stores with stock to sell | Operating brands with a team and suppliers |
| Free first step | Launch Readiness Check: a written plan within 3 business days | Launch Readiness Check, or a free session with an ops lead | Profit Leak Scan: a written report within 48 hours of working access (read-only) |
| Then | Amazon Store Launch, $1,499, with 30 days of support | Store Care, $399 or $699 a month | 14-Day Ops Foundation from $1,500, then Ops Desk from $1,499 a month |
| Your time | Owner-light, not owner-free: about 2 to 4 hours a week for approvals | Approvals on prices, purchases and ad budgets | A decision maker for approvals within 1 business day |
| Next | Get a free Launch Readiness Check | Talk to an ops lead (free) | Get a free Profit Leak Scan |
For new stores, the plain risk: most new stores take months to find steady sales, and some never do. Inventory, platform fees, freight and ad spend are paid by you and are not refundable by us if a product does not sell.
Store Launch, Store Care and Ops Desk do not include product research or sourcing: what to sell stays your decision. If you want a managed Amazon store that includes product research and supplier vetting before launch, that is Full Relay on Amazon, our managed store service. You still approve every product and supplier and pay suppliers directly.
What do Amazon store management services include?

| Reporting | Weekly KPI review on a fixed day, written monthly report, quarterly review against your baseline | Weekly, monthly, quarterly | How we work |
| Launch (new stores) | Seller account and verification support, Brand Registry support, up to 10 listings, first FBA shipment | Once, about 6 to 10 weeks | Amazon store launch, done right |
What does a week of Amazon store management look like?
-
Every business day:
stock and inbound checked, order exceptions cleared, buyer messages answered, account health checked and logged, top listings checked for suppressions and unapproved changes.
-
Every week, on a fixed day:
your KPI review on one page: sales, margin after fees, stockouts and days of supply, account health trend, open cases and the decisions we need from you.
-
Every month:
a written operations report, a fee audit of your Amazon statements, reimbursement claims filed and tracked.
-
Every quarter:
an operating review against your starting baseline and the plan for the next quarter.
Every business day starts with the same checks, every week ends with one page of numbers, and every month ends with a written report.

Terms: Store Care and Ops Desk run a first term of 3 months, then month to month with 30 days' notice by email from either side. No exit fee. Prices exclude sales tax where it applies. Every plan and term is also on our pricing page.
You pay directly, not through us: Amazon referral and FBA fees, inventory, freight, ad spend, apps and subscriptions.
Full Relay is priced differently: it adds product research and sourcing, and offers a choice between a retainer and a commission set in the written agreement before work starts. See Full Relay, our managed store service.
Founding offer: 20% off launch fees, add-ons and the Foundation, plus 20% off monthly plans for the first 6 months, for the first 25 clients or until Jan 31, 2027, whichever comes first.
How that compares: Eva lists its Full Service plan from $2,500 a month (pricing page modified Oct 3, 2026). SupplyKick puts agency inventory retainers at $2,000 to $10,000 or more a month (Sep 14, 2026). Many agencies ask for 6 to 12-month contracts, with exit fees commonly set at 1 to 3 months of retainer (AMZDUDES, Jul 29, 2026; SupplyKick, Sep 14, 2026; vendor summaries). What access do you need, and who owns the account?
You own the seller account, the brand, the listings, the inventory, the customer data and the money. We work inside your account as named users.
- You give each of our team members their own access in Seller Central and choose what each one can see and change. Amazon staff advise sellers never to share passwords and to add outside service providers as partners rather than as ordinary users; we confirm the route your account shows with you at onboarding.
- You keep the owner login. We never ask for it.
- Our permissions exclude bank, payout, deposit method and legal entity settings. Payouts go to your account.
- Every client is worked in its own isolated environment on company-managed devices, with multi-factor authentication and no shared credentials.
- Access is removed within 24 hours of a team change or the end of the work. We sign an NDA and a Data Processing Addendum before work starts. The full standard is on security and access.

Who runs my Amazon store?
Your named ops lead runs your account and is your one point of contact, supported by a small pod. You see the lead's name on the proposal before you sign. We work 9am to 6pm US Central, Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Ecomrelays LLC is a Texas company. Part of our team works outside the US, as one managed team with a named US-facing lead.
What we do not do
A few things are outside every plan on this page.
- Sell stores or seller accounts.
- Promise sales, profit, rankings, approvals or reinstatements.
- Charge a percentage of your revenue or ad spend on Store Care, Ops Desk, launches or add-ons.
- Buy or incentivize reviews.
- Ask for your owner password.
- Choose products or source them under Store Launch, Store Care or Ops Desk. That work sits only in Full Relay, where you still approve every product and supplier.

How much does it cost to have someone manage my Amazon store?
With us, Store Care costs $399 a month for one channel and up to 10 active SKUs, or $699 a month for up to 30 SKUs with ad management included up to $3,000 spend. Brands selling $1M or more a year use Ops Desk from $1,499 a month after a one-time 14-Day Ops Foundation from $1,500. Reimbursement claims are included with no commission. Amazon fees, inventory and ad spend are paid by you directly.
What are Amazon store management services?
An outside team runs the daily work of a store you own: account health, listings, stock, buyer messages, claims and reporting. You keep the seller account in your name, approve prices, purchases and budgets and can leave with everything. It is not a store you buy. Our plans run on fixed published fees, and Full Relay is the only service with a commission option, agreed in writing.
Do I need to give you my Seller Central password?
No. You give our named team members their own access in Seller Central, through the route Amazon shows for outside service providers, and choose what each can do. You keep the owner login, our permissions exclude bank, payout and legal entity settings, and access is removed within 24 hours of a team change or the end of the work. Every user has multi-factor authentication and works from a company-managed device.
How long is the contract?
Store Care and Ops Desk run a first term of 3 months, then month to month with 30 days' notice by email from either side. There is no exit fee. Launches, the Foundation and modules are fixed fees, paid 50% at the start and 50% at go-live or acceptance. When you leave, you get a handover pack within 5 business days.
Do you run Amazon ads?
Yes, as a flat add-on next to the operations work: $299 a month up to $5,000 of monthly spend or $599 up to $20,000, never a percentage of spend. Store Care Plus includes it up to $3,000 of spend. You approve the rules and budgets, and you pay the ad spend to Amazon directly. Details are on our Amazon PPC management page.
Can you start a new Amazon store for me?
Yes. Amazon Store Launch is $1,499 once: seller account and verification support, Brand Registry application support, up to 10 listings, your first FBA shipment and 30 days of support, in about 6 to 10 weeks. It is for founders with a real product and the budget for inventory, fees and ads. Start with the free Launch Readiness Check.
Can you find products and suppliers for my Amazon store?
Not under Store Launch, Store Care or Ops Desk. Product research and sourcing sit in Full Relay, our managed store service: we research demand, competition and fees per unit, find and vet suppliers and run the store after launch. You approve every product, supplier and purchase, and you pay suppliers directly. Nobody can promise that a product will sell.
How much time will I still spend on my store?
Owner-light, not owner-free. Plan on about 2 to 4 hours a week for approvals on prices, purchase orders, ad budgets and anything that affects your brand. We bring each decision to you with a recommendation and the numbers behind it, in the weekly review or sooner if it is urgent.
Do you also manage Walmart and Shopify?
Yes, under the same team and the same fixed fees. Ops Desk Growth covers two channels and Scale covers three, with one stock count across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify and your 3PL so you do not oversell. Store Care Plus can cover two channels at up to 15 SKUs each. See Walmart marketplace management and Shopify store management.
Will you promise my sales or rankings?
No. We commit to the process in writing: daily checks, same-day action on health warnings, response times with a service credit, fixed scope and fixed fees. Sales, rankings and approvals depend on your product, price, reviews, competition and Amazon's decisions, and no one can promise them honestly.
