Ecommerce operations videos

Short ecommerce operations videos that explain how Amazon, Walmart and Shopify stores really run: fees, account health, inventory, 3PLs, AI shopping and how to choose help. Most are 30 seconds to under two minutes. Every video has its own watch page with a full transcript and chapters. The page also lists the source and date for every figure on screen and links to the guide or tool that goes deeper.

Characters are fictional. Voices are AI-generated.

Start here: what an ecommerce operations team does

The featured explainer is What an ecommerce operations team does (V1-01). In about a minute and a half it covers the daily work behind a store that ads tools do not show: stock and inbound, order exceptions, listings, support, the 3PL and account health. It also shows what happens when nobody owns them.

How these ecommerce operations videos are made

Each video is written by our operations team from the platforms' own rules and published sources, then voiced with AI and illustrated with fictional characters. They are explainers, not testimonials: nobody in them is a client or a member of staff, and no video shows a client result or makes a promise about sales. Every number on screen is listed on the watch page with its source, its type (primary, analyst or vendor) and the date we checked it. When a rule changes, the seller rule tracker logs it, and we re-check every video that mentions it; the watch page shows "Transcript checked" with the date. Our standards are in the editorial policy.

Questions

Questions owners ask

Are the people in these videos real?

No. Characters are fictional and voices are AI-generated. We label every video that way, directly under the player, and never present a character as a client or a member of our team.

Is there a transcript for each video?

Yes. Every watch page has the full edited transcript in the page itself, with chapters and timestamps, plus a numbered list of sources for every figure in the video.

How current are the facts in the videos?

Each watch page shows when it was published and when the transcript was last checked. When a fee or rule changes, we check every video that mentions it and update the watch page. If a video itself is out of date, the page says so.

Can I ask a question about something in a video?

Yes. Book a free session with an ops lead: 30 minutes and no pitch deck. A real person replies within one business hour, 9am to 6pm US Central, Monday to Friday. Talk to an ops lead.

Where should I start if I am new to selling?

With the first-store lessons in the Learning Center, which put the videos in teaching order. If you already sell $1M or more a year, the Revenue Leaks series pairs with a free Profit Leak Scan.
