AMAZON
Amazon listing management service, built for 2026 catalog rules
Our Amazon listing management service keeps your listings to Amazon's current rules, checks your top listings every business day and fixes suppressions before they cost a week of sales. Titles now stop at 75 characters, Amazon's AI rewrites the ones that do not, and shoppers increasingly ask an assistant instead of scrolling.
Listing upkeep included in Store Care from $399 a month · New listings $79 each · A+ content $249 per ASIN · Catalog Ready build $750
Quick answer
An Amazon listing management service keeps your product pages accurate, compliant and complete: titles, bullets, attributes, images, variations and A+ content, plus daily checks for suppressions and changes you did not approve. Since Jul 27, 2026, titles in every product type except media are capped at 75 characters. Ecom Relays rewrites them for your approval and keeps listings complete for Alexa for Shopping.
What does Amazon listing management include?
It includes the content on every listing, the structure behind it and the daily watch that catches problems. Here is the scope.
| Area | What we do | How often |
|---|---|---|
| Titles, bullets, description and Item Highlights | Written and kept to Amazon's current rules and your brand's claims | On setup, then whenever a rule or product changes |
| Attributes | Every structured attribute for the product type filled and correct | On setup, audited quarterly |
| Variations and parentage | Parent and child relationships fixed so sizes and colors sit on one page | As needed |
| Images and A+ content | Kept current; A+ written to order ($249 per ASIN) | As needed |
| Daily checks | Top listings checked for suppressions, blocked ASINs and changes you did not approve | Every business day |
| Catalog cases | Opened with Amazon when the fix sits on Amazon's side, tracked weekly until closed | As needed |
| Brand Registry tools | Used to correct content and review Amazon's proposed changes | As needed |
You approve every title, claim and price change before it goes live. Your content and files stay in your account.
The 75-character title rule, and what to do before Amazon rewrites yours
From Jul 27, 2026, titles in every product type except media must be 75 characters or fewer, including spaces. Amazon announced the rule on its Seller Forums, in a post updated Jun 10, 2026 (PPC Land, Jun 13, 2026).
What happens to a longer title: Amazon's AI rewrites it, gradually and without any action from you. The listing stays live, but the words are no longer yours.
Brand Registry owners get 14 days to review, change or approve AI-written titles and Item Highlights in Review Listing Changes before they go live. Sellers without Brand Registry do not get that window, which is one more reason to enroll. See Amazon Brand Registry setup and protection.
Item Highlights is a new searchable field of up to 125 characters, shown in search results and on the product page, for detail that no longer fits in the title: materials, uses and comparison terms.
Our workflow:
- Audit every ASIN for titles over 75 characters.
- Rewrite each one as brand, product, key feature and size or count.
- Move the rest into Item Highlights and bullets.
- Send you the before and after for approval.
- Publish and re-check the listing after 48 hours.
- Review every AI change Amazon proposes inside the 14-day window, and accept, edit or reject it with you.

Getting found by Alexa for Shopping
On May 13, 2026, Amazon launched Alexa for Shopping, which brings Rufus and Alexa+ together (Amazon, May 13, 2026). An assistant answers a shopper's question with a short list of products, so a listing either gives it clear facts to work with or gets left out.
What we do for every listing:
- Fill every structured attribute for the product type, because an assistant reads data before it reads prose.
- Write bullets that answer real buyer questions: who it is for, when to use it, what it fits, what is in the box.
- Keep stock and the delivery promise steady, because an assistant has nothing to recommend when a product is out of stock.
- Keep every claim to what your product and documents can support.

Suppressions, hijacked listings and catalog cases
A suppressed listing on a top seller is urgent: it gets a first response within 1 hour in business hours. Most suppressions come from data problems we can fix in your account: a missing attribute, an image that breaks a rule, a price flagged as an error. Some fixes sit with Amazon. Those become catalog cases, escalated with evidence, with a status update in your weekly review until they close.
Listing changes you did not approve, and other sellers attaching to or editing your listings, are where Brand Registry earns its keep. We use its tools to restore approved content and report infringing listings.
What we report every month:
| KPI | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Suppressed listings found and fixed | How many, and which ASINs |
| Days suppressed | How long each one was down |
| Time to case filed | How fast an Amazon-side problem was raised |
| Cases reopened | Where Amazon's first answer did not fix it |
| Unapproved changes reverted | Content restored to the version you approved |
Suppressions also show up on your Account Health page. The daily routine for both is on Amazon account health management.
How to vet a listing and catalog management provider
Ask these seven questions of anyone you are considering, including us. Here is what a good answer sounds like.
- 01Do they publish prices?
A good provider shows the price per listing and per month before a call.
- 02Who rewrites titles, and do you approve before publishing?
You should see every rewrite before it goes live.
- 03What response time do they commit to for a suppressed top seller, in writing?
Ours is a first response within 1 hour in business hours.
- 04Which KPIs do they report monthly?
Expect suppressions fixed, days suppressed and cases opened and closed.
- 05Do they work as named users without your password?
They should never ask for your owner login.
- 06Do they write claims your product cannot support?
A good provider refuses, because unsupported claims cause policy notices.
- 07Who owns the content and files if you leave?
You should, in your account, from day one.
What does Amazon listing management cost?
Listing upkeep is included in Store Care from $399 a month and Ops Desk from $1,499 a month. One-time work is priced per piece, and every price is fixed and published.
| Option | What it covers | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Store Care | Listing upkeep and daily checks, one channel, up to 10 active SKUs (Starter) or 30 (Plus) | $399 or $699 a month |
| Ops Desk | Listing and catalog work inside daily operations for brands at $1M+ a year | From $1,499 a month |
| Listing creation | Title, bullets, description and attributes to Amazon's rules | $79 per listing |
| A+ content | Copy and layout; you supply or approve images; Brand Registry required | $249 per ASIN |
| Catalog Ready (RELAY-09) | Clean product data and feeds that meet title and pricing rules across marketplaces, search and AI shopping assistants, built in your accounts | $750 build |
| Extra work | Anything outside scope | $75 an hour, quoted first |
Store Care and Ops Desk run a first term of 3 months, then month to month with 30 days' notice by email. No exit fee. These fees are never a percentage of your sales or ad spend. Full terms are on pricing.
Founding offer: 20% off launch fees, add-ons and the Foundation, plus 20% off monthly plans for the first 6 months, for the first 25 clients or until Jan 31, 2027, whichever comes first.
No listing work can promise rankings or sales. Search placement depends on price, stock, reviews, competition and Amazon's decisions. What we commit to is listings that meet the rules, say what your product does and stay that way.
Proof you can check before you sign
These are written commitments.
- Titles and claims never published without your approval.
- Daily checks on your top listings, logged in your workspace.
- Urgent response targets in writing, with a 10% credit in any month under 95% on first replies.
- Content and files stay in your account and in your name.

How much does Amazon listing management cost?
Upkeep and daily checks are included in Store Care from $399 a month and Ops Desk from $1,499 a month. New listings are $79 each, A+ content is $249 per ASIN and a one-time Catalog Ready build is $750. Extra work is $75 an hour, quoted in writing first. None of it is a percentage of your sales.
What is the new Amazon title limit?
From Jul 27, 2026, product titles must be 75 characters or fewer, including spaces, in every product type except media. Amazon announced the rule on its Seller Forums in June 2026. Titles that are still longer get rewritten by Amazon's AI, so it pays to write your own short version first.
What happens if my title is longer than 75 characters?
Amazon's AI rewrites it gradually, without any action from you, and the listing stays live during the change. Brand Registry owners get 14 days to review, edit or approve the AI version in Review Listing Changes before it goes live. Without Brand Registry, you see the new title only after it changes.
What are Item Highlights?
A new searchable field of up to 125 characters, shown in search results and on the product page. It holds detail that no longer fits in a 75-character title, such as materials, uses and comparison terms. We write it alongside the title so the two work together.
What happened to Rufus?
Amazon brought Rufus and Alexa+ together as Alexa for Shopping, announced on May 13, 2026. For sellers, the practical change is the same: an assistant answers shopper questions from your listing data, so complete attributes and plain, factual bullets matter more than keyword-stuffed titles.
How do I optimize listings for Alexa for Shopping?
Fill every structured attribute for your product type, write bullets that answer the questions buyers actually ask, keep stock and delivery promises steady and make only claims your product can support. Nobody outside Amazon knows exactly how the assistant ranks products, so be wary of anyone who says they do.
How fast do you fix a suppressed listing?
A suppressed top seller is treated as urgent: first response within 1 hour in business hours, 9am to 6pm US Central, Monday to Friday. If the fix is in your account, we make it and re-check. If it sits with Amazon, we open a case with evidence and report its status weekly until it closes.
Do you write A+ content?
Yes, for $249 per ASIN. We write the copy and lay out the modules; you supply images or approve the ones we propose. A+ content needs Brand Registry. If your brand is not enrolled yet, that comes first.
Will you change my listings without asking?
No. Titles, claims and prices change only with your approval. Routine fixes inside rules you have already approved, such as restoring your approved content after an unapproved change, are logged so you can see every edit.
Do you manage Walmart and Shopify listings too?
Yes, under the same plans. Walmart has its own item rules and its own Listing Quality score, so we map your catalog to Walmart's attributes rather than copying Amazon listings across. See Walmart listing optimization.
