Walmart seller videos: learning and informative

Short videos for busy sellers.

Each one answers one question in about a minute or two, and each links to the lesson that goes deeper.

Our Walmart seller videos come in two kinds. Learning videos teach a rule or a task you can apply in Seller Center today: approval, pricing rules, standards, WFS and selling to AI shoppers. Informative videos explain the market and dated programs, such as Walmart's growth and New-Seller Savings.

Every video carries the label: Characters are fictional. Voices are AI-generated.

How should you use these videos?

Watch the learning video, then read the module it belongs to and do the checklist at the end. The videos are short on purpose: they give you the rule and the reason. The modules give you the steps. Informative videos are dated; we remove or update them when the facts change.

Most new stores take months to find steady sales, and some never do. Inventory, platform fees, freight and ad spend are paid by you.

The market facts in informative videos are Walmart's or third-party figures with their source and date on screen. They describe the market. They are not a forecast of what any one store will earn.

What is coming next?

Longer walkthroughs presented by our ops leads, with screen recordings and sample data, are in production: unpublished items fixed live in Seller Center, the seller application, a performance standards scorecard tour and WFS fees compared with FBA. Relay Module demos for Walmart follow once each module has a real demo build.

Where else can you learn?

Walmart runs its own Seller Academy on Marketplace Learn, with certification lessons and video tutorials on getting started, item setup, WFS, advertising, catalog and order management (marketplacelearn.walmart.com/academy, read Oct 20, 2026). It is the source of truth for how Seller Center screens work. Our videos add the operator view: what to check, in what order and what it costs when it goes wrong.

Are these Walmart videos free?

Yes. Every video in our Learning Center is free to watch with no sign-up. There is no fee and no certificate.

Who is in the videos?

The 2026 campaign videos use fictional characters with AI-generated voices, and we label every one: "Characters are fictional. Voices are AI-generated." They are not our staff or our clients. Longer walkthroughs in production are presented by our ops leads.

What is the difference between learning and informative videos?

Learning videos teach a rule or task you can apply in Seller Center. Informative videos explain the market or a dated program. Informative videos are reviewed on a schedule and removed when their facts lapse.

How current are the facts in the videos?

Each video was checked against Walmart's pages when published, and the facts that change (fees, programs, results) are flagged with a review date. If a fact changes, the page says so before the video is updated.

Do you have longer Walmart videos?

Not yet. Longer walkthroughs on unpublished items, the application, performance standards and WFS fees are in production and will appear here as they publish.

Where are Walmart's official videos?

On Walmart Marketplace Learn's Seller Academy, which has video tutorials and certification lessons on Seller Center tasks. For every channel in one place, see our Learning Center video library.
