Done-for-you Amazon store setup, done right

Done-for-you, done right means we do the Amazon store setup work and you own the result.

For a fixed $1,499 we set up your Amazon store in your name and support it for 30 days after go-live. You keep the accounts, the brand, the inventory, the money and every decision, and we never promise sales.

$1,499 once · 50% at start, 50% at go-live · About 6 to 10 weeks · Then Store Care from $399 a month, or a written handover

Quick answer

A done-for-you Amazon store, done right, is a store you own that a team sets up for you for a fixed fee. For $1,499, Ecom Relays supports your Amazon seller account setup and verification, your Brand Registry application, up to 10 listings and your first FBA shipment, then supports the store for 30 days. You keep every account and decision. We never promise sales or profit.

Most new stores take months to find steady sales, and some never do. Inventory, platform fees, freight and ad spend are paid by you.

Who is Amazon Store Launch for?

It is for founders and companies with a real product, either your own brand or a product you have the right to sell, and the budget for inventory, fees and ads. It is owner-light, not owner-free: plan on about 2 to 4 hours a week for decisions and approvals.

It is not for:

  • Resellers without the rights to the brand.
  • Dropshipping onto Amazon.
  • Anyone looking to buy a ready-made store, or a share of a store's profit.
  • Anyone who needs a promised sales figure.

Store Launch does not include product research or sourcing. If you do not have a product yet and want a team to research one, vet suppliers and then run the store, that is Full Relay on Amazon, our managed store service. It is priced and contracted separately, and you still approve every product and supplier.

The honest part

Most new stores take months to find steady sales, and some never do. Inventory, platform fees, freight and ad spend are paid by you and are not refundable by us if a product does not sell.

We never promise sales, profit or a date when you will earn back what you spend.

Ecommerce is a real business, not a shortcut. We set up the operations, and can run them after launch, so you can own a store without doing every task yourself.

Before you pay us anything, you get our scope document, our full fee schedule and a list of the costs you will carry on your own.

How to vet any done-for-you Amazon store provider

Ask these nine questions of anyone selling a done-for-you Amazon store, including us. The green-flag answer is beside each.

  1. 01Whose name is on the seller account?

    Yours.

  2. 02Who holds the owner login?

    You.

  3. 03Is the fee fixed and published before a sales call?

    It should be.

  4. 04Do they promise sales, profit or a payback date?

    They should not.

  5. 05Is every fee and any commission rate in writing before you pay?

It should be, with no promise of what you will earn attached to it.

  6. 06Who chooses your products?

You decide. If a provider researches products for you, you should still approve each one and pay suppliers directly.

  7. 07Is there a written scope with a "done when" test for each item?

    There should be.

  8. 08Can you leave, and what happens to access and files?

    Access removed, files yours.

  9. 09Will they sign an NDA and show how they keep accounts separate?

    They should.

Context, plainly: the FTC has sued several sellers of so-called automated or AI-powered stores, and in each case the FTC announced a settlement banning the operators from selling business opportunities. The FTC alleged that the owners of Automators AI made unfounded earnings promises for AI-powered stores on Amazon and Walmart (settlement announced Feb 27, 2024); that FBA Machine falsely promised consumers they could make money running online storefronts with AI-powered software (settlement announced Jul 30, 2025); and that Ecommerce Empire Builders sold "done for you" storefronts priced as high as $35,000 while promising "profits of $10,000 each month" (order announced May 9, 2025). The safe pattern is the opposite: your account, fixed published fees, no earnings promises.

Questions

Questions owners ask about a done-for-you Amazon store

Talk to an ops lead (free)
How much does a done-for-you Amazon store setup cost?

Amazon Store Launch is $1,499 once, with 30 days of support after go-live, billed 50% at the start and 50% at go-live. Your Amazon selling plan, referral and FBA fees, inventory, freight, barcodes, trademark costs and ad spend are paid by you directly. Two launches cost $2,499 and all three channels $3,499.

Is this a store I buy?

No. It is your store, in your name, from day one. You open the seller account, hold the owner login and own the brand and the inventory. We do the setup work for a fixed fee and support the store for 30 days. We do not sell stores or seller accounts.

How long does it take to launch?

About 6 to 10 weeks from start to your first FBA shipment received, with listings live around week 6. Account setup and verification usually take 1 to 3 weeks. Amazon's verification and approvals set the real pace, so these are typical times rather than promises.

Will I make money?

We do not predict sales or profit, and nobody honest can. Most new stores take months to find steady sales, and some never do. Inventory, platform fees, freight and ad spend are paid by you and are not refundable by us if a product does not sell. Your free Launch Readiness Check shows fees and margin per unit before you commit.

Who chooses the products?

You do. Store Launch does not include product research or sourcing. We check fees and margin per unit on the products you bring. If you want a team to research products and vet suppliers, that is Full Relay, our managed store service, where you still approve every product and supplier.

Do I need a trademark or an LLC?

Brand Registry needs a pending or registered trademark. The USPTO base application fee is $350 per class, and Amazon's IP Accelerator caps participating law-firm fees at $700 plus government fees. Amazon accepts individuals as sellers, but ask your accountant or attorney which structure suits you.

Can you get my seller account approved?

No one can promise approval, because Amazon decides. We prepare the application and documents properly, support you through verification and tell you plainly if something in your paperwork is likely to cause a delay. If Amazon asks for more, we help you answer.

How much of my time does it take?

About 2 to 4 hours a week for decisions and approvals: prices, purchases, listing content, ad budgets and anything that affects your brand. Owner-light, not owner-free. We bring each decision with a recommendation and the numbers behind it.

What happens after the 30 days?

Your choice: Store Care from $399 a month to keep the store running daily, Ops Desk once you pass $1M a year or a written handover with every login, file and SOP in your accounts. Store Care has a 3-month first term, then runs month to month with 30 days' notice.

Can I also launch on Walmart and Shopify?

Yes. Any two launches are $2,499 and all three are $3,499, with one stock count across channels from day one. Walmart requires a business tax ID and its own application; Shopify needs no application. New to all three? Our free Amazon learning guide covers the basics.
