Amazon account health monitoring service, with Walmart checked the same way

Account Health Watch checks your Amazon and Walmart health metrics every business day, keeps the documents marketplaces ask for in one vault and has the facts for an appeal ready before you need them.

An Amazon account health monitoring service checks your seller metrics and policy notices every day, so problems are handled while they are still warnings. Account Health Watch (RELAY-05) builds a daily check for Amazon and Walmart, a log of every warning and action, a compliance document vault and appeal preparation, in your own accounts. It is a standard Relay Module at $750.

Why health problems are found too late

They are found late because nobody is assigned to look every morning. The problems themselves are rarely sudden: a late shipment rate creeps up during a carrier slowdown, or a policy notice lands in the Account Health dashboard on a Friday afternoon and sits there until Monday. The first person to notice is often the owner, when sales drop or an email says the account is at risk.

Account Health Watch makes looking somebody's job, every business day, with a written record of what was seen and what was done.

A module your team runs, or a service we run

The checks are the same either way. The difference is who works them every morning.

  • Your team runs it.

We build the daily checks, the log, the vault and a written playbook, and your team works it each morning. One-time build, $750.

  • We run it.

Daily checks with account-health warnings acted on the same business day are included in Store Care (from $399 a month) and Ops Desk (from $1,499 a month). See Amazon account health management and Walmart account health for how we run it for you.

What the account health monitoring service checks every business day

The daily check covers Amazon's three published account health targets, all eight of Walmart's seller performance standards and the notices and flags each marketplace raises in between. Checked Oct 20, 2026; we recheck the sources monthly.

Amazon publishes no valid tracking target on that page, so we do not print one. Walmart says sellers who miss its standards and do not act to improve may face suppression, suspension or termination. The thresholds and how each is calculated are in our guides to the Amazon Account Health Rating and Walmart seller performance standards.

What it connects to

The checks read each marketplace's own data through official interfaces, under named-user access.

  • Amazon:

the seller performance report (GET_V2_SELLER_PERFORMANCE_REPORT) and the seller feedback report through the SP-API Reports API; ACCOUNT_STATUS_CHANGED notifications, which fire when an account moves between normal, at risk and deactivated; LISTINGS_ITEM_ISSUES_CHANGE notifications for listing issues, including suppression. Policy notices are read in the Account Health dashboard itself.

  • Walmart:

the Performance Report API, which returns refund, cancellation, on-time shipping, on-time delivery and valid tracking metrics over 7 to 90 day windows; the performance warning and seller performance alarm webhooks; the offer unpublished event.

  • Your vault:

a folder in your own workspace, such as Google Drive or SharePoint, with an index we maintain.

Access. A named Amazon user with account health and listing view, or the provider route Amazon advises for your account, which we confirm with you at setup. A limited Walmart role, with Admin kept by you. Named user access with multi-factor authentication. Never your owner password. No bank, payout or legal-entity permissions. More on security and access.

The daily log and the escalation ladder

Every check writes a line to the log: date, channel, metric or notice, value against target, owner, action, due date and status. The ladder decides who hears about it and how fast.

  • Green: inside target.

    Logged only.

  • Amber: close to a limit.

An owner and a root cause are noted the same day. You set what "close" means in the spec.

  • Red: over a limit, or any policy notice.

Raised to you the same business day with a written action plan.

On Store Care and Ops Desk, our standard applies: account-health warnings are acted on the same business day. On a module-only build, your team owns the clock, and the playbook says how. A weekly summary shows the trend on every metric, so a slow drift is visible before it turns amber.

The compliance vault

Marketplaces ask for documents at the worst possible moment: during a category approval, an authenticity check or a review after a complaint. The vault keeps them in one indexed place with the dates that matter.

DocumentWhy marketplaces ask for itWhat we track
Supplier invoicesCategory approvals and authenticity checksDate, supplier and units
Brand authorization lettersReselling another brandExpiry
Trademark and Brand Registry recordsBrand claims and listing controlStatus
Safety and test documents: Children's Product Certificates, General Certificates of Conformity, test reports, certificates of analysis, safety data sheetsRestricted categories and dangerous goodsProduct, lot and issue date
Business documentsVerification requestsRenewal dates

Expiry reminders go out ahead of each renewal date. Category-specific documents are covered on our industry pages, for example supplements and baby and kids. Claims on your listings link to the same vault through Catalog Ready.

Appeal preparation: facts first

No one can promise a reinstatement. What we can do is make sure the facts and documents are ready the day you need them. The log and the vault feed a five-part appeal file:

  1. A timeline of events
  2. The root cause
  3. Corrective actions already taken
  4. Preventive measures
  5. Supporting documents

Writing and filing the appeal is a separate add-on: $750 per case, or $500 on a monthly plan, with no outcome guarantee. You approve anything submitted to a marketplace.

How the build runs and how you accept it

Week 1 sets the spec, access and thresholds. Weeks 1 to 3 build the log, the ladder and the vault. Weeks 3 to 4 deliver the playbook and run acceptance.

The acceptance tests in a typical Account Health Watch spec:

  • Every metric in the table appears in the log with its source and time.
  • A test notice creates a red entry and an email to the named owner.
  • The vault lists every document with an expiry date or "no expiry".
  • The appeal file fills from the log.
  • The playbook is stored in your workspace.

Price and ownership

Account Health Watch is a standard module: $750, built in 1 to 4 weeks. You pay 50% at the start and 50% at acceptance; anything that fails acceptance is fixed free for 60 days. Module Care is included on any monthly plan, or 10% of the build cost a year otherwise. Full terms are on pricing.

Founding offer: 20% off the module build, plus 20% off monthly plans for the first 6 months, for our first 25 clients or until Jan 31, 2027, whichever comes first.

The log, the vault and the playbook are yours, in your accounts. If something is already wrong, start with Amazon account health warnings. All ten modules are on the Relay Modules hub.

Questions

Questions owners ask

How much does Account Health Watch cost?

It is a one-time $750 build. Your team runs it with our playbook. If you would rather we run it, daily checks with same-business-day action on warnings are included in Store Care from $399 a month and Ops Desk from $1,499 a month.

Does it prevent suspensions?

No one can promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Account Health Watch finds problems early, records what was done about them and keeps your documents ready, which is what an appeal is built on if one is ever needed.

Does it cover Walmart?

Yes. All eight Walmart performance standards are checked every business day alongside Amazon's metrics, plus unpublished items and pricing-rule flags in Seller Center. Walmart's metrics are read through its Performance Report API and performance webhooks. Walmart measures most standards over a 30 or 60 day window, so the weekly trend matters as much as the daily number.

What access do you need?

A named Amazon user with account health and listing view, or the provider route Amazon advises for your account, and a limited Walmart role with Admin kept by you. We never ask for your owner password and never take bank, payout or legal-entity permissions.

Will you write our appeal?

Appeals are a separate add-on: $750 per case, or $500 if you are on a monthly plan, with no outcome guarantee. The module prepares the timeline, root cause, actions and documents; the add-on covers writing it with you and submitting it after your approval.

What about weekends?

Our hours are 9am to 6pm US Central, Monday to Friday, and the daily check runs on business days. Marketplace notices still reach the email addresses on your seller accounts over a weekend, and the log picks them up the next business morning.
