Amazon seller automation that keeps a person in charge
Good Amazon seller automation watches, counts and drafts, and people decide.
Here is what we automate first on Amazon, and where every workflow stops for a person.
Automate the watching first: daily account health checks, stock and reorder alerts, margin floors per SKU, title and listing compliance, a daily profit and cash view and landed cost updates. Keep a person on prices below floor, appeals, supplier payments and account identity. Our Relay Modules build these inside your own accounts.
What should Amazon seller automation cover, and what should it never touch?
Automate anything that checks a number against a rule. Keep a person on anything that commits money, speaks for you to Amazon or changes who owns the account.
| Automate (watch, count, draft) | Keep a person on (decide, sign, appeal) |
|---|---|
| Account health and policy warning checks | Responses to policy warnings and appeals |
| Stock, inbound and reorder point alerts | Purchase orders and supplier payments |
| Fee and margin calculations per SKU | Prices below the margin floor |
| Title length and attribute checks | Brand claims, safety and compliance statements |
| Reimbursement discrepancy reports | Claim filings that need evidence |
| Daily profit and cash summaries | Changes to bank, payout, tax or identity details |
Amazon's own design follows the same line: Seller Assistant workflows can surface recommendations or take actions, and for actions "sellers stay in control, reviewing and approving them before they're carried out," with an audit trail (About Amazon, Seller Assistant plugin).
Which Relay Modules fit Amazon, and in what order?
Relay Modules are fixed-scope automations we build and document inside your accounts. You keep them if you leave. Here is the order we usually recommend for an Amazon brand, and why.
| Order | Module | What it does on Amazon | Where a person decides | How to measure |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Account Health Watch (RELAY-05) | Daily Amazon health check (order defects, cancellations, late shipments, policy warnings), pricing-rule checks, a compliance document vault, appeal preparation | Every response to Amazon; every appeal | Warnings acted on the same business day |
| 2 | Stock Flow (RELAY-03) | One inventory truth across FBA, AWD, your 3PL and other channels; reorder points; PO drafts; alerts before cover drops under 28 days | Approving POs and shipments | Stockout days on top SKUs; low-inventory fees paid |
| 3 | Margin Guard (RELAY-02) | Every fee, surcharge, ad cost, shipping and landed cost per SKU; alerts when a SKU drops below its floor; pricing rule suggestions | Approving price changes | SKUs below floor, monthly |
| 4 | Catalog Ready (RELAY-09) | Title and Item Highlights checks against the 75-character rule, attribute completeness for Alexa for Shopping, a weekly Review Listings Changes check | Approving copy and claims | Compliant titles; listing changes reviewed within 14 days |
| 5 | Profit and Cash Pulse (RELAY-01) | Daily owner dashboard: margin by SKU and channel, payouts held and when they land (DD+7), cash tied up in stock, 13-week cash forecast | Spending and reorder decisions | Weeks of cash runway |
| 6 | Landed Cost Desk (RELAY-04) | Landed cost per SKU under current tariff rules, price scenarios, paperwork ready for your customs broker | Final prices; customs filings (with your broker) | SKUs re-costed within a week of a rate change |
| Always | Reimbursement claims | Monthly reconciliation of shipments, returns and inventory; claims filed and tracked inside Amazon's windows | Evidence and approvals | Claims filed and amounts reimbursed each month |
Why this order: account health decides whether you can sell at all; stock decides whether you have something to sell; margin decides whether each sale is worth making. Catalog, cash and landed cost come next because they protect the first three.

How is this different from an "automated Amazon store"?
Completely. We do not sell stores, product lists or earnings promises. Programs that sold "automated" online stores with earnings promises have been sued by the FTC. In one case, the FTC said the operators of FBA Machine falsely promised buyers they would make money from online storefronts and took more than $15 million; the operator is now permanently banned from selling business opportunities (FTC, Jul 30, 2025). Relay Modules are tools for a business you already own: they watch and draft, a person decides and nobody promises sales or profit.
How do we build automation safely?
- Inside your accounts, in your name, on named users with least privilege.
- Never your password: named access through Amazon's own tools. Amazon now authorizes outside providers through a role-based service provider authorization that you review, can restrict and that lasts 365 days (Amazon developer docs); we ask only for the roles the work needs, with no bank, payout or legal-entity permissions.
- Every automated action logged; anything that changes price, stock commitments or customer messages needs approval.
- AI is used to draft and summarize, not to send appeals or change account details.

Can I automate my Amazon store completely?
No, and you should not want to. Automate watching, counting and drafting. Keep people on prices below floor, appeals, supplier payments and account details. Amazon's own Seller Assistant asks for approval before it acts (About Amazon, Seller Assistant plugin).
What is the first thing to automate on Amazon?
A daily account health check, because health decides whether you can sell at all. Then stock alerts, then margin floors.
Do I keep the automations if I stop working with you?
Yes. Every module is built and documented in your accounts and stays with you. Access is removed within 24 hours of the end of work.
Do you need my Seller Central password?
No. We work through the access Amazon grants outside providers, which you authorize and can restrict, with no bank, payout or legal-entity permissions. You stay the account owner, and access is removed within 24 hours of the end of work.
How much does a Relay Module cost?
$750 for a standard module; $1,500 to $3,500 for advanced multi-system modules, scoped in writing. Upkeep is included on any monthly plan.
Do you charge commission on reimbursements?
No. Reimbursement claims are included in every monthly plan with no commission.
