Accessibility statement

This accessibility statement sets out how we make ecomrelays.com usable for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, captions or zoom. Our target is level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.

What we do
- Readable text.
Body text has a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background, set in our design tokens, and the site works when zoomed to 200%.
- Keyboard first.
Every link, button, form field and menu works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline, and nothing is hidden behind hover-only controls.
- Captions and transcripts.
Every video has captions on by default, and every video watch page has a full transcript.
- Reduced motion.
If your device asks for reduced motion, animations stop. No number counts up, nothing autoplays and there are no pop-ups on load.
- Forms that explain themselves.
Every field has a visible label, required fields are marked in text and errors say what went wrong and how to fix it.
- Real structure.
One H1 per page, headings in order, tables with header cells, and images with alt text that says what the image shows. Sample dashboards say they are sample figures in text, not only in the image.
- No content behind consent.
Our cookie banner never blocks the page; see our cookie notice.
Known limitations
- Booking calendar.
After you submit the form on our free session page, a calendar from a third-party scheduling tool loads. We do not control its markup. If it does not work for you, reply to the confirmation email or call us, and we will book the time for you.
- Embedded video players
come from the services that host them. Captions and transcripts are always available on the watch page even if a player control is hard to reach.
- Downloadable PDFs,
such as sample reports and checklists, may not be fully tagged yet. Ask and we will send the content in another format.
How we test
We test pages with automated checks and by hand, using a keyboard and a screen reader, before launch and when we change a page template. We record the date and method of the latest audit here.
